I just had a user come in here and tell me that when he clicked on his mouse there was a distinct metalic click sound coming from his computer. It goes away when he turns his speakers off. DUH!?!?!? What next.. you notice your windows sounds? What the heck is this? Same guy who asked me how long it took for mail to get into his sent items folder after he sent it. WHO HIRES THESE IDIOTS? I think a basic computer literacy test should be required before you can get hired to write computer based training.
