What I did today..

Well instead of working on Mom's sweater, or doing any of the household chores that need doing like fixing the sprinkler system or the like I built a trebuchet. Yep. Instead of doing anything useful at all I built a seige engine. Well it's not done yet. I need to assemble the sling, fabricate and install a release hook, and build a weight box. I did however correctly estimate the number of BBs necessary to make a 20lb weight. Well I think I did I'm not going to count exactly but I figure I needed something like 26416 figuring a BB is 5.3gr. Which means just over 4 of the 6000 BB cartons. Well in the cartons 6000 is just under 5lbs. Which means my estimates are pretty good. Now all I have to do is decide what shape box to build. Pictures to follow.
